November 2010
Dear Friends and
Supporters of Ministry Architecture, Inc.
The Haiti orphanage, His
Strong Tower, is underway!
Len and the team from
a Baptist church in Maine and Methodist church in Missouri, recently returned
from Haiti - meeting, listening, praying, and loving and being loved in the
little remote town of Caracol.
They returned humble
and hopeful for what they saw our almighty God provide for the children.
This evangelical
Christian community is led by dear and dynamic Pastor Payot Jacques and dedicated elders. They have a 100-soul church, a school with 300
students, a small dormitory, lots of land, giant mango
trees, and a blessed outreach to poor and suffering neighbors.
Len has designed an
orphanage for 80 children.
Who are the orphans?
·
They walked across the
island after the earthquake - they are survivors.
·
They have a hope in
their hearts.
·
They have a need for
the personal love of Jesus.
We want to begin to
build the orphanage, His Strong Tower, in Summer 2011.
How will the Holy
Spirit lead you?
We have received
contacts from well drillers, a civil engineer, plumbers, an architectural
graduate, a construction manager, and a public health nurse who want to help.
